VIVANTA HOTEL & RESIDENTIAL TOWER

ICON developed the landscape design for Vivanta Hotel & Residential Tower by Taj with the objective of contributing to the 5-star hotel experience at this development. ICON’s scope also included, the softscape, irrigation design, the hardscape and landscape features design.

On Level 3, all design elements follow strong linear patterns. Shade trees are placed in planters with seat walls creating pleasant open space. Level 18 provides residential amenities; an infinity edge pool, children’s pool and lounge seating, with views of adjacent towers and golf course as the backdrop. Level 46 provides hotel amenities, a second infinity edge pool, luxurious lounge seating, a sky bar and an outdoor movie screen.
