LOUVRE PARK

Working on such a prestigious project was a boost in ICON’s portfolio of design and build projects. ICON provided technical support for Louvre Park including the design and detailing of shop drawings for an area of 37,350 sqm. Working in collaboration with Al Jurf Development Projects and ASO JV (Arabtech Saint Jose and Oger International JV), a total of 320 drawings were submitted within a limited timeframe of 2 months. Regular site visits were conducted during which engineers were able to view the scope of work and improve the infrastructure proposals. The infrastructure shop drawings included layouts and/or details for stormwater, street and landscape lighting, water and drainage networks, concrete and landscape features, irrigation, HVM protection, firefighting and a number of kiosks.
